Summary

Retro Pocket Toys collects nothing. It is a set of toys. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, and no advertising, and Steamtown Media Limited operates no server that the app talks to. The only time the app uses the network at all is when Apple's own App Store machinery fetches a price or confirms a purchase, and that exchange is between your device and Apple. The toys themselves work with no network connection whatsoever.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any personal information. We have no ability to identify you, and no record that you have ever used the app.

What stays on your device

The app remembers a small amount of information so that it behaves sensibly between launches. All of it is stored on your device only, is never transmitted, and is deleted along with the app if you remove it.

• How many free plays you have used. A count per toy, so the app knows where you are in the free trial.
• Which toy you chose to keep. The single toy you pick to keep free at the end of the trial.
• Whether you have purchased the full set. A flag recording the result of Apple's answer, so the app does not have to ask again before it can draw the screen.

That is the entire list. None of it identifies you, and none of it leaves the phone.

Purchases

Retro Pocket Toys offers one optional purchase, which unlocks all of the toys. It is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or your name — Apple tells the app only whether the purchase exists. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.

What the app does not have access to

Retro Pocket Toys does not request or use the camera, the microphone, your photos, your contacts, your location, your health data, or your calendar. It plays sound, but it does not record any. It has no permission to ask for.

Children

Retro Pocket Toys is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect information from anyone at all. There is no chat, no user-generated content, no social feature, and no advertising.

Third parties

The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking software of any kind. No data is shared with third parties, because none is collected. Apple is involved only to the extent that it processes an optional purchase, as described above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Because the app collects nothing, any change would be to clarify rather than to expand what is gathered.
